The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

This place is very expensive and they do not tell you when your car is done. I paid eighty dollars for a thorough cleaning and wax. After waiting two hours I went outside to see if they had finished my car. It was sitting on the side cleaned. I asked several workers outside how long the car had been done; they looked at me like I was speaking English, the language they do not know. This is the second time this has happened and it is ridiculous that I paid 80 dollars for my car to be cleaned and yet know one says "hey your car is ready." I am tempted to go back early in the morning sometime to get my car cleaned and wait until after closing to see if they say my car is ready. For waiting two hours, I could have washed and waxed my car myself; as I previously did when I lived in 5 hours away. Enjoy the picture.

Convenient, fast and reasonably priced. I had my vehicle inspected and detailed. Very fine attention to detail makes this place worth every penny.

I've been here for both wash and car service. The wash was beautiful and the customer service from Blue was helpful and courteous. I appreciated how she took the time to explain why I needed what she was suggesting and she made it easy to understand.

I can get my oil changed anywhere, but I can't. I just love the service I get from Blue Love. You will know her when you see her. She remembered my name even though it had been may since May since I had been here last. She is so knowledgeable. My dad was a mechanic and he recently passed. I feel like I am in good hands her and like she really looks out of people. I will always come back to see her!!!

I take my vehicles there often. They have a nice coffee machine if you want to wait. If there is a long wait I usually come back later when they notify me the vehicle is ready. Occasionally I have asked one of the workers to redo something they missed which can be frustrating. However, they always do it with a positive attitude.

Oil change guys are friendly and super quick. However, washing the cars takes way to long. It's always way to many people at the car wash and the washers wash the cars slowly. I think they need more efficient workers and a bigger space to accommodate the amount of customers they have. Overall they are a pretty good car wash.

If your car is dirty, it will definitely look better after a wash. I frequent this business but find that when I purchase packages that include cleaning leather seats or conditioning the interior, there's usually something not done correctly. Great for a quick wash, vacuum, and tire shine. If you like your auto detailing to be pristine, you'll want to take it somewhere else. GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE.

You can get a decent car wash here but you need to inspect the work for quality control. The past several times I've taken my car in for a wash and detail I wasn't overly impressed. There were several areas both exterior and interior that needed more attention and cleaning. My suggestion would be for management to have better QC procedures. After all, it's better to get it right the first time than to have to comp a return visit.
