Upon Arrival, please:
- Close All Windows & Sunroof
- Remove Any Antennas
- Inform Service Advisor:
- If Vehicle Locks Automatically
- If you would like your trunk vacuumed
- Any other areas you would like us to know about
- Turn Off Rain-Sensing Wipers
- Turn On Car Wash Mode (for vehicles equipped with this option)
- Turn Off Alarm or Carry Remote
- Remove or Secure All Valuables
- Stay In Vehicle Until You Reach Vacuums
- Leave Keys in Vehicle
We cannot take Responsibility for:
- Antennas
- Compromised (pre-damaged), loose or aftermarket parts
- Valuables left in vehicle
- In order to effectively clean any vehicle, the seats have to be moved back and forth. We cannot be responsible for any failure of the moving mechanism during the standard process. Please communicate with the Service Advisor if you prefer we do not move the seats.

Please keep in mind that any vehicles not picked up by closing time, will be secured overnight and available for pick up at opening the next business day.
