Absolutely no customer service. I pulled up to the vacuum station and waited about 5 min. I finally went inside to try to get started then the rude blonde lady informed me it was because I didn’t stop at the stop sign for a ticket. I was the only person there. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
I’ve been going here for years but lately it’s just gone down hill with price gouging and poor customer service.
If I could give negative Stars I would!! I took my Brand new 2025 vehicle to this location for the first time. This is also the first time my car has been to a car wash since owning it for a month. I paid for a car wash and a vacuum and when my service was completed I noticed significant scratches on my driver side windshield and on my passengers. I pointed it out to the workers. They shugged their shoulders and then I got a hold of the manager and he disregarded the damages even blaming the dealership I bought it from. One of the workers even took my receipt away from me without returning it. Do not take your car to this car wash. They've have a history of damaging vehicles!!! I've even saw the workers driving my car and other vehicles with the driver side door open and their foot hanging out putting the car in motion.

My favorite car wash by far. They always make my car shine even though it's over 10 years old. Thank you so much. Doing the things I don't have time to do. I appreciate it more than just a tip.
