This place is honestly the worst in town. They say you get a free car wash with an oil change, but everyone knows a basic car wash should at least include a real wipe down and a quick vacuum. I’m not expecting a full detail, but what they do is pure laziness. They don’t wash the outside at all, and the vacuuming is so bad they leave huge, obvious chunks of dirt that anyone would clean up in seconds even a four-year-old would do a better job. A couple of months ago I wasted $300 on the worst detail I’ve ever had, but I decided to give them another chance since I have an account with them. I regret it. They never call me when my vehicle is ready, so I always have to call them myself. The staff is rude every single time, especially the girls at the front counter. I will be contacting corporate. If you want an overpriced oil change and the most pathetic excuse for a car wash, this is the place to go lazy and unhelpful. Otherwise save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the service they provide.
