Customer service great, quality of interior detail poor. Would not go back. They missed a lot of basic hard surfaces in the front, didn’t wipe the steering wheel or touch screen covered in fingerprints, didn’t put the mats back in their holes and just threw them in the floorboard. Go somewhere else for sure for better work unless you don’t care.

I have been a customer here since early 2015, shortly after moving to Texas, and I have to say since this whole pandemic the service isn’t as it used to be. They used to vacuum a LOT better than they do now and I’ve watch them use ONE rag to do the whole car after it comes out of the wash. I always seem to have to redo my windows inside and out. I almost always get the higher package but this time I got the Texas special and still had to revacuum my car.

Got the company truck cleaned and the service was exceptional. One employee stood out and went above and beyond customer service. Sergio cares about people and has an ownership mindset. Rainbow hires folks like Sergio and because of his random acts of kindness Rainbow has my business. Ohh yeah… my truck was spotless. Thank You Rainbow team for a job well done.

The crew did an outstanding job. I took a K9 vehicle for a deep, clean & ozone service. The vehicle was well taken care of, and the turnaround around was much faster than expected. They took excellent care of us. I would highly recommend them.

I lost my ticket and I was told to get my license plate number, so I walked to the oil change section to take a picture of my license plate. I asked the oil change personal if they have a phone and if they can receive calls from the main office and they said they do and that the office could have easily call to get the license plate number. So I let the cashier know that it would be nice in the future if they did this, not that it’s a long walk or anything but common courtesy and the cashier responded “it’s company policy imagine if we let everyone do that? And I thought these review maybe help the owner do some training and teach them to be kind and nice to customers, it’s makes a big difference and we don’t mind paying extra for good customer service
