I went to get my car washed today and sat outside waiting for it to be ready. When my car was taken out to be dried and cleaned inside, the woman looked shocked because she noticed that the rear windshield wiper was broken. She called the manager, and all he did was place the wiper on the passenger seat and leave. They never called me to explain what had happened. I allowed the woman to continue her work, and when she called me to let me know my car was ready, I confronted her and asked what happened to the wiper. She seemed scared and told me the machine broke it. I asked, "Okay, who's going to pay for it?" She called the manager, and he didn’t apologize or explain anything. He just told me to leave my information, and they would order the part. He didn’t even talk to the cashier. I thought there would be a store manager, but the cashier just said, “I’m just the cashier, I can’t do anything, talk to the manager outside.” According to them, they will pay for the part, but there's no guarantee they will call or fix it properly since it broke from the base. But beyond the broken part, I was upset with the terrible service I received. First, the woman who cleaned my car was about to give it back to me without explaining what happened (I had to ask). Second, the manager laughed at me when I asked how I could be sure they would actually fix the wiper. Third, the cashier had a bad attitude and didn’t even bother to call the store manager.
