The wait... oh man the wait. The service is what you would expect but my god the wait is the worst. You also have to just kind of hope you see your car being worked on so that you know when it's done. More seating, and maybe a larger TV showing something other than day time TV would go a long way here.

I will never go here again!!!! I went in to get a car wash and detail the inside and paid extra to have the backseat shampooed cause my daughter has gotten stuff all on the seats. I didn't mind having to pay extra cause my car needed it. The girl told me it wouldn't take longer than an hour to do it all. I was hesitant at first cause I had my 20 month old daughter and knew she would get restless if it was longer than that but she assured me it wouldn't tak too long. So first of all it was so hot in there me and my daughter were sweating. My poor baby girls hair was all wet from how hot it was. After waiting 2 HOURS they finally Wave me to my car to inspect it and what do I find???? All the stains are still on the backseat. I asked if they shampooed the seats and the guy said no that wasn't included and it took another worker to come show him on the receipt that the seats should of been done. By this point I'm so hot, tired and made that I just want to go home. Then the manager comes out to ask me to go back inside and wait why they do it. After undoing the car seat and noggle and waiting 2 hours for nothing... I was not going back inside I simply asked for my money back so I could just take my daughter home. The manager was more worried about not losing that money then the fact of how miserable this whole experience made us feel. Finally he gave me my money back and after getting everything reinstalled in the car with a hot, restless, sleepy baby, I will NEVER go back to this place. They don't care about their customers.

They'll take advantage of you. A $90 oil change? This place took advantage of my wife when she took our family SUV in for a simple oil change that only costs $60 at the dealer. These idiots went ahead and used full high-dollar synthetic, meaning that every change from now, I need to use synthetic. I'm guessing they decided she was a female so they could take advantage. The free "basic" wash was terrible also. Dirt and grime all over the car after the wash, I need to wash it again just to clean the streaks. This was our first and last visit Avoid at all costs.

Incredibly helpful, cheap, and fast. Blue helped me with all my inside car needs bwcause i hav no idea what I'm doing and. Definitely didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything i didn't need. :)

I've used them for several years now with several different vehicles. Never ran into any issues with them. They're usually fast with the oil changes and offer a free basic carwash with the oil change.

they are so nice! I've been their customer for 9 years. they always have been so helpful and I really trust them.

Good bang for the buck car wash. Seems like good team work and they get the washes done in reasonable time.

They do a thorough job, but I was there yesterday and whoever did my car was too slow, I sat watching them the whole time, just barely moving. I counted over thirty cars come and go before mine was finished. They quoted me 45 minutes, It took over two hours and ruined my entire day, because I was an hour behind on my schedule.

Got the top interior detail and exterior hand wash and wax. Carpets look great so far. Rags were left in the vehicle. On the outside I had to buff out some left over wax. On top of that two of the doors have wet spots on them. Not something that should be there with a hand wash and hand wax. Not worth it won't go back

This place is very expensive and they do not tell you when your car is done. I paid eighty dollars for a thorough cleaning and wax. After waiting two hours I went outside to see if they had finished my car. It was sitting on the side cleaned. I asked several workers outside how long the car had been done; they looked at me like I was speaking English, the language they do not know. This is the second time this has happened and it is ridiculous that I paid 80 dollars for my car to be cleaned and yet know one says "hey your car is ready." I am tempted to go back early in the morning sometime to get my car cleaned and wait until after closing to see if they say my car is ready. For waiting two hours, I could have washed and waxed my car myself; as I previously did when I lived in 5 hours away. Enjoy the picture.
