The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

Showed up yesterday with my car looking dirty inside and outside. They didn't complain about it or anything and just started cleaning. They did notice a few spots after the first run through so they ran it through again. Well worth the price for sure.

This is the best carwash I have ever been to. The service is phenomenal and the staff are made up of hard working friendly people that you can tell take pride in what they do. If anything is wrong you can be assured this company will stand up and make it right. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner and I know he is a true businessman who really cares about his business. If you are looking to get your car washed I would STRONGLY recommend trying these guys out before you go anywhere else.

I have tried this place time and again. They just are not efficient, the customer service is terrible and I think this is the last straw. I have now been here for 45 minutes. They couldn’t do the oil change I paid for because of the drain pan being on too tight. Before they told me that i had to agree to pay $55 for what was supposed to be a $38 service. Then My car had to go to the back of the vacuum line from the line center. Then I went to pay and they wanted to charge me $65 for the works wash. I had to go out and get a new ticket after explaining I just wanted full service wash. Nobody was accommodating or helpful. The last time we came here someone stole a gift card from the console. Never again.

Fast, friendly and you get a free car wash worth $15 with oil change ! Hand dried so no water spots. The waiting area is clean and nice with big leather chairs and a million car fresheners to choose from , accessories too! I WILL NOT go any where else !! This place is the BEST with a great price as well

Okay so I have mixed feelings. It was the worst/best car wash I have had. I walked in at 11:25 and asked for the full interior carwash with shampooing. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours. Okay not a big deal walked to a nail salon to kill time. I came back at 1:30 my car still wasn’t finished and was told they were working on it. Checked on it at 3. I was told by the cashier it would be 30 more minutes. I sat down and at 3:40 I had lost my patience. I asked to speak to a manager. A man walks out. I tell him what has happened and explained I had been there 4 hours. He then proceeded to tell me I was putting him in a bind.... I about lost my cool at this point and saw a very nicely dressed man in a suit. I asked if that was his manager the man replied yes. I spoke to this guy... and he obviously was a true businessman and knew how to talk to customers. He bought me a water out of his own pocket and gave me a partial credit back. Was very professional had my car finished and walked me to my car. After a 4.5 hour visit I got to see my car. It looked brand new and AMAZING. I recommend if your getting a full detail you drop it off in the morning and come back to get it before they close. Or if your willing to wait that long then do it . As my car was super clean. I just wish they were more honest with the time quote I was given.

After paying $65 for the works I expected a great job. The staff was friendly at the start but I had grass still in the back and under the seats in the back which I noticed immediately and had them come back and vacuum out. Once I left the car wash though I noticed multiple spots that I still had to get a rag and clean myself from the interior when I got home. They did clean most of the car but I definitely won't go here again when I still have to clean spots after I leave. If I wanted to do that I would save the $65 and just do it all myself.

These guys did an amazing job on my vehicle. I got an interior detail and headlight restoration. My car looks and feels like it is new again. There can be a lot of mess made when you regularly have two kids in a car. These guys made my vehicle look great again. While this isn't a service I would regularly want to do with the cost of it, I would recommend getting it done at least once every two years or so. There is just something so satisfying about a clean vehicle. Also if getting the detail done expect to be waiting for a good few hours. I would recommend dropping off early or around noon and then returning closer to around their closing time for pick up.

Brought my car in for an oil change and got really great service. Great explanations and instructions regarding Car Care. It's like you're talking to family that cares about you. All my family Three Sons, a daughter, and two daughter-in-laws bring their cars here for a car wash and oil changes. Can't say enough about the great service of family-like atmosphere. Customers for life!

Great car wash! Highly recommend...went in for oil change & car wash. The people that change the oil are great. Go above & beyond. & the car wash is always so great. They also have great customer service. Super friendly!

This place amazing. Everyone there is really friendly. I’ve gotten my state inspection, oil changed, basic washes all the way to a complete detail. They take their time and do an awesome job. No wonder that place is always busy. People need to understand that if they want a nice looking car, it takes time especially if their vehicle looks like a dumpster. My family and I go there all the time. Don’t forget to tip. The ladies and guys there deserve every dollar.
