The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

Been waiting 3 hours for my car to be done. Asked to talk to a manager and I get told to walk to 3 different people. Each one telling me to go to another person. Each person has no idea what they are doing and no one takes responsibility for anything. Paid over 300 dollars for the wash.

This place is pretty excellent in my experience. I haven’t been in a while but when I did I would usually get my oil change here along with a free car wash. My car always came out really shiny and for basically the same cost as a regular oil change so it was a huge plus in my book. I never used any of the premier services because my vehicle is not that special but in my experience they were pretty great. The worst part was the wait. They get crazy busy at certain times.

I took our cars here 4 times, and was disappointed each time. Long waits only to receive a car that still needs cleaning. Edit: I really want to like this place because of its convenient location and comfortable waiting area. I take business reputation very seriously and would not want to be harsh on anyone, but I went again for the 5th time - this time asking for the car to be taken care of due to bad previous experience, and still the same. I feel uncomfortable always pointing out unclean areas of the car to a hard working employee - but when I pay for a hand wash I do expect attention to obvious dirty places on the car! Also, they always always always forget the fragrance.

Nice full service car wash that also offers basic car services and gas. I regularly get my car washed here if I need the interior cleaned beyond basic exterior washes that are covered by my membership at another local car wash place. I also come here for carpet/ seat shampooing, waxing, hand polishing, rainx, oil changes, and state inspections. They are often busy and the wait can be long, but it is worth it to get it right when it comes to the more involved services.

Took my Xterra here for the first time today for the oil change and car wash special. I am highly impressed with the service I received. Very courteous people from start to finish. Even with the dog hair from my 2 labs I haul around quite a bit with me they did a great job removing the excess fur from the seats. I will be back next oil change 👍

Showed up yesterday with my car looking dirty inside and outside. They didn't complain about it or anything and just started cleaning. They did notice a few spots after the first run through so they ran it through again. Well worth the price for sure.

This is the best carwash I have ever been to. The service is phenomenal and the staff are made up of hard working friendly people that you can tell take pride in what they do. If anything is wrong you can be assured this company will stand up and make it right. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner and I know he is a true businessman who really cares about his business. If you are looking to get your car washed I would STRONGLY recommend trying these guys out before you go anywhere else.

I have tried this place time and again. They just are not efficient, the customer service is terrible and I think this is the last straw. I have now been here for 45 minutes. They couldn’t do the oil change I paid for because of the drain pan being on too tight. Before they told me that i had to agree to pay $55 for what was supposed to be a $38 service. Then My car had to go to the back of the vacuum line from the line center. Then I went to pay and they wanted to charge me $65 for the works wash. I had to go out and get a new ticket after explaining I just wanted full service wash. Nobody was accommodating or helpful. The last time we came here someone stole a gift card from the console. Never again.

Fast, friendly and you get a free car wash worth $15 with oil change ! Hand dried so no water spots. The waiting area is clean and nice with big leather chairs and a million car fresheners to choose from , accessories too! I WILL NOT go any where else !! This place is the BEST with a great price as well

Okay so I have mixed feelings. It was the worst/best car wash I have had. I walked in at 11:25 and asked for the full interior carwash with shampooing. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours. Okay not a big deal walked to a nail salon to kill time. I came back at 1:30 my car still wasn’t finished and was told they were working on it. Checked on it at 3. I was told by the cashier it would be 30 more minutes. I sat down and at 3:40 I had lost my patience. I asked to speak to a manager. A man walks out. I tell him what has happened and explained I had been there 4 hours. He then proceeded to tell me I was putting him in a bind.... I about lost my cool at this point and saw a very nicely dressed man in a suit. I asked if that was his manager the man replied yes. I spoke to this guy... and he obviously was a true businessman and knew how to talk to customers. He bought me a water out of his own pocket and gave me a partial credit back. Was very professional had my car finished and walked me to my car. After a 4.5 hour visit I got to see my car. It looked brand new and AMAZING. I recommend if your getting a full detail you drop it off in the morning and come back to get it before they close. Or if your willing to wait that long then do it . As my car was super clean. I just wish they were more honest with the time quote I was given.
