Good work, great service, good prices

Went here get a full detail for fathers day. During my visit they damaged my front seat. Tore thr leather. I asked them repair they said they would telle went get estimate for the repair which was $856.89. Manager was like that to much money. Should only cost 50-60 bucks. I asked for full refund of $135 plus my decutible on my insurance claim they refused give a refund or pay a dime. This slimiest car wash place I ever been to I called every single day for week never a manger on duty. I came in person guy swore up down that damg is impossible. Why would I pay 135 have my seats detailed if they were damage

I've experianced great service here- been to this car wash a handful of times and been very satisfied with the result!

They do a fantastic job; far exceeded my expectations for the money. It does take a long time though because they are always busy-which should speak for itself.

I purchased the Texas Special to wait in a parking lot for an 1 1/2 hours to not get my car cleaned. I had to beg to get my car out and leave. No refund or discount given to me for giving them my Sunday. I just paid $22 to go home and clean my own car..........

I get my oil changed here every 5,000 miles and have been doing so for the past 2 years. I usually have an exceptional visit. After today I will not be returning. I waited for a good 5 minutes before anyone greeted me, when someone finally came out they were sucking on a popsicle and I didn't receive as much as an "I'm sorry" for the amount of time I'd been waiting. I finally made it to the bay and there's a woman who WROTE down all of my personal information. Name, address, phone number ect. (I didn't think anything of it at the time) Well I get home and realize my keys to my house are missing. I give them a call and they wind up having them and knew exactly where they "fell out of the car" from. They also put the wrong mileage on my sticker and file. My car has over 100k miles on it and they put 11k on my records. When she "fixed it", she only messed it up more. I currently have 113,090 miles on my car. According to their records, I can wait till my car hits 163,090 miles to get another change. Holy cow, if that were the case and I get 50,000 miles out of this one change, maybe I will be coming back! (Sarcasm) Everybody makes mistakes but this was one too many without ANY ownership or apologies. They should get a whole new set of staff IMHO. Done with this place, bye Felicia.

The wash was better than expected. They towel dried with great detail. Lube Center was fast

It is a rip off. You thought you will save money if you do the oil change with them because you will have a discount for car wash. No! They will do the car wash but wiping it clean is not part of it. You have to pay separately. I am not coming back. They should not cheat customers.
