The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

I've only gone here one time and that was it. I drove without my car antenna and my car looked like a kid washed it.

A horrible way to spend a Saturday. If they tell you it will be 45 minutes, don't believe them for a minute. You'll be sitting out in the sun at the 2 hour mark, protesting helplessly, as your car sits parked awaiting a brief wipe down, while other vehicles (which arrived after you) are finished ahead of you.

Got the The Works. Took around 1.5 hours but they never stopped working on my truck. I have side steps with chrome pieces 99% of car washes miss, but they were shining when I picked it up. They did a great job.

I called to verify if they took competitor's coupons (it says they do on their website) for vehicle inspections. The guy I talked to said yes. I drove all the way there and the girl at the desk refused to take it. Even after I told her that I called, she refused. So I just left without getting my car inspected. I don't like being lied to and will never go there again for any reason.

Replace the chairs in the waiting room! Springs poking the backside in most of the chairs. Good service otherwise but you just have experience these chairs and you may go elsewhere!

Brought my 2015 Corvette for detailed hand wash and wax. $124.00 charge. When they called me for the car the wheels look like they had not been washed. The wax was not the best job which I watch how they put it on and wiped it off so I understand why it did not look that good. Maybe for a standard car wash they are okay, but if you have a nice car and want it detailed this is not the place to go. Do not waste your money.

First of all this was our first time to this car wash and it will be our last. They got the stains off of our seats which was a plus, and the only star they're getting. They didn't touch the roof, left chemical streaks inside the console of our back seat. The radio in the car was broken, and till this day they say they have no idea how it happened. Still in the process of getting them to pay me back for a $316 radio. Be wise and take your business somewhere else.

I just want to say this place earned my respect; I left $200 cash in the center glove box and they did NOT take it.

If it wasn't for the tunnel doing such a good job, I don't think 2 stars would've been given. The guys who vacuum are terrible. I have a crew cab and the back seat looks like it wasn't even folded up to vacuum underneath. I found french fries and dog hair that half an effort of a vacuum pass would've picked up. The steering column and door panels were barely wiped down. For the Texas Special price, you'd think the fundamental cleaning part would be covered.

I was always happy with their service but then had my car inspected there and they did not give me the proper paperwork that I needed. I was registering my car in Austin so when I got there I did not have the needed paperwork from them (Rainbow Car Wash) So after going all the way to Austin for a wasted trip, I went by and THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A COMPLEMENTARY WASH. The manager basically said "here" and handed it to me without any effort other than "sorry...." I SPENT $75.00 IN GAS FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN THEIR MISTAKE. I will never return. Go to SIMONIZ on Panther Creek instead!!!!!
