The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

It was my first time , and I got two cars they clean my first call clean clean well but with in an hour I took my another car for cleaning And 2nd car was well clean from inside but outside was not that clean the crew was different than my first car , any way I don't not went inside to complaint about because I have to go somewhere , overall it's ok inside staff was very polite .I will decide to give them another chance to clean my cars

Very nice service at the register, the people cleaning the cars and especially this friendly employee Sergio, clean place and fast service.

Been here many times with the same experience. Oil change and car wash quality were acceptable but the drying/detailing process is an unacceptable bottleneck. Other in carwashes in the area can get you out quickly regardless of how busy they are because they have more hands on it. It should never take >2hrs for an oil change and simple car wash and dry...never. Staff is friendly but honestly I don't care. I'd rather they be rude and get me out efficiently.

I think everytime I go I need to specifically ask for extra detail to wheels. But I've loved this place for years!

I feel robbed. I paid service to clean. the interior of the car 49 dlls. When I arrive I asked how long it would take and they told me an hour and a half. I waited for two hours and they told me that I had to wait an hour and a half more or more. so I went and asked for a refund and they charged me 20 dlls just for washing it on the outside, which by the way was wrong, and vacuumed. that bad service from the cashier people as they do not want to work, there is no manager to solve you

They get a lot of business, but I felt like it takes a long time. I've been to other carwash services where they dry your car a hell of a lot faster and the prices were cheaper (and this was in California). But it's a good service and I will return.
