I have been coming here for many years because of the quality of service and value but over the last several months prices have gone up. Today it took me 45 minutes just to get my car to the vacuum cleaning station. Biggest reason is they didn’t have enough people. So the prices have definitely gone up and it looks to me they have cut back on employees. That’s a shame hopefully ownership will wake up and get this corrected. I will not be back anytime soon. They did a good job of explaining the car wash options and the cleaners did a good job cleaning. I did have some water spots I saw later from a couple areas, but not a huge deal. Will be returning.

Damaged my touch pad. Made me watch a 4 d camera of the car wash for over 20 minutes. The general manager is condescending and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Takes over an hour and a half to get a wash. This has happened to me repeatedly. Will never use or recommend them.
