The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

Took an hour and a half to auto wash my car and wipe down the interior. There was still sand on the inside from my prior trip. For how long they spent wiping my car you would think it would be impeccable but there were spots, streaks, and oil product left over everywhere. There were water spots on the hood of my car as well. They charge $50 to do this terrible job.

Excellent car wash. I've been going there for 17 years. They do a great job. Reflects the ownership very well. I highly recommend Rainbow Car Care!

Damaged my touch pad. Made me watch a 4 d camera of the car wash for over 20 minutes. The general manager is condescending and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Takes over an hour and a half to get a wash. This has happened to me repeatedly. Will never use or recommend them.

The car wash itself is nice, but it depends on who cleans your vehicle.

I have been coming here for many years because of the quality of service and value but over the last several months prices have gone up. Today it took me 45 minutes just to get my car to the vacuum cleaning station. Biggest reason is they didn’t have enough people. So the prices have definitely gone up and it looks to me they have cut back on employees. That’s a shame hopefully ownership will wake up and get this corrected. I will not be back anytime soon.
