The Woodlands Car wash, Detail, Oil Changes and State Inspections

They left several spots uncleaned. paid extra for tire service and that was not done. very disappointed.

Every time I go no matter what service I get it is very poorly done they don’t properly clean the inside or the outside I have gone a handful of times I even give a hefty tip and not worth it

Due to "safety" they don't allow you to stay in your car for a quick wash. I don't see what they do that doesn't differ from any place else for a simple exterior wash that can be a safety risk. Still in a pandemic this should be addressed before, if I'm not comfortable removing myself, my wife and infant and put them back in, I should have the notice ahead of time to go else where else. Having someone else in a closed personal space is still a Covid safety risk to the customer as well, especially if that vehicle is used to transport an infant and toddler.

One of the last full service car washes around unfortunately. It is so unfortunate our society is being dumbed down to not appreciate service. Had a great experience and recommend

Doesn't vacuum very well. Not sure what the Works includes but twice I had poor car wash and vacuum. Probably the last time I will go back. I wish I would have taken pictures but my car was still dirty especially on the backside and stuff between the car seat and middle console. Oh well.

Wash was great vacuum was great but only downside is that they stole my coins from my center console I had at least 15$ worth of quarters and when I got my car back there some nothing there very disappointed but oh well Alva was awesome ! But other then my coins getting stolen Wash was great

They use dirty used rags to wipe your car down which leave streaks all over and they don’t even get the glass clean the person who did the inside did a good job I paid extra for the leather conditioner and plastic treatment the people who did the outside were terrible and when I pointed things out I just got a dirty look and excuses so I took a rag and started wiping the spots they overlooked and they continued to make excuse I’ll just spend the money on supplies and do it at home this place is weak
