I got an “deluxe interior detailing” on my car. Waited for 3 hours & Paid $150 for them to do a terrible job. I mean honestly my 7 year old could have done better. My cupholder wasn’t even touched, dashboard still had dust and dirt inside of vent and around my dials, still had stains on side of my seat that I know could have came off because I ended up doing it myself. I took it back and told them I was not satisfied & they took it back and supposedly cleaned it again. I didn’t have any more time or energy to waste so I just left. I definitely would not recommend nor will I go back

This was the best experience! Went in unsure of what to do since we knew we needed an oil change and had never done one before. They helped us even though they were closing in half an hour! They were so helpful and fast! It ever came with a free full service car wash they did for us which included traditional car wash, vacuumed interior, dusted dash and doors, clean windows, wipe door jambs, air and towel dry! They were done with the oil change and car wash and we were able to leave before they even closed(and there were people in front/back of us in line too)! Everyone was so nice!

I paid $59 something for cleaning my car inside and out and the three month protection of my paint job. After I received my car I noticed there were still bugs on my front area bumper, windshield and both outside mirrors. I took it back and the manager said they'd clean it again. When I went out to drive it off the bugs were still there. I had to point it out and watch until they cleaned them off. Very unsatisfactory.

Brought my van in this week. They did not vacuum the cargo area (with loose dirt in it). Today, brought my daughters CAR (4 door, 5 seat) in and they charged for an SUV. This is ridiculous...I won't be back.

Be sure to tell the workers to be carefull with your touch screen! they will use the same towel that they used to clean ur whole car TO WIPE YOUR TOUCH SCREEN. I will be having to talk to management to see what will be done about this because not only they scratched my screen but they did not vacuumed my interior well.
